AAT Level 2

AAT Level 2

The AAT Level 2 qualifications are designed for students who are ready to build on their existing bookkeeping knowledge and develop a broader understanding of accounting principles and practices.  Whether you have already completed the AAT Level 1 Award in Bookkeeping or have some previous bookkeeping experience, Level 2 provides the practical skills and knowledge required to progress within the finance and accounting sector.

At this level, students can choose between two qualification pathways. The AAT Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping focuses on core bookkeeping skills across two units, while the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting includes four units and offers a wider introduction to accounting processes and financial administration.
